Reginald K. Reynolds Sr. was born in Fort Worth, Texas. He was baptized at an early at Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Fort Worth Texas, under the Pastorate of the late G. W. Burton. He later united with the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, Fort Worth, Texas under the Pastorate of A. E. Chew Jr. As a member there he accepted God’s call to Christian ministry. He was licensed and ordained on by the Shiloh Church.
Pastor Reynolds is a graduate of the Fort Worth public schools. He values his first 10 years of academic education at Como Elementary and Como Junior/Senior schools for providing him a foundation and the confidence that he could learn in any academic setting. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Texas Wesleyan College (Texas Wesleyan University) and a Masters of Divinity from Texas Christian University’s Brite Divinity School.
Pastor Reynolds accepted God’s call to serve as Pastor of the Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church of Midlothian, Texas in July 1988 where he currently serves. He is blessed with Tammy his lovely wife of 42 years; two wonderful children, Nicole (Kevin Lawrence), Reginald, Jr. (Camy) and four precious grandchildren.
